This IN-PERSON introductory workshop not only allows you to experience the tremoring response in a safe environment, but also gives you a foundation for understanding this natural neuro-physiological response. Learn about the history and origin of TRE and how it helps to release stress, tension and trauma patterns.

She is also an E-RYT and one of two co-creators of Neurogenic Yoga, a sister method of TRE.
