Yoga & TRE® Retreat in Tuscany, Italy

Let’s explore the beautiful region between Lucca and Pisa, in the heart of Tuscany.

Our guide is an old friend of mine who knows the area like the back of his hand and who will leads in adventures off the beaten path. I can’t wait!

We will practice yoga and, of course, TRE, we will go on culinary and wine tasting explorations and we will visit many historical sites and ancient villages.

Facilitator

A native Italian and resident of California, Maria is a senior TRE® and Neurogenic Yoga™ Certification Trainer and Provider. She has a background in Yoga, Chinese Martial Arts and Esalen Massage.  Since 2004, Maria has facilitated TRE for thousands of people in the US, Europe, Canada, Asia and the Middle East. She assisted Dr. David Berceli, TRE’s founder, in dozens of trainings in the US, South Africa and Brazil; she co-taught with him in Japan and she led hundreds of public workshops and over 130 certification trainings worldwide.  At the beginning if the COVID pandemic Maria was part of an international pilot project to take the TRE Certification Program online and she facilitated online trainings and workshops ever since.

She is also one of two creators of Neurogenic Yoga™, the sister method of TRE.
